Following diagnostic assessments, each scholar receives a Kingdom Success Pathway outlining recommended instructional hours needed for academic success in each subject area.
Families are expected to partner with the school in helping scholars complete these recommended instructional hours.
Additional instructional support may be recommended when needed.

- Reading intervention
- Mathematics intervention
- Small-group instruction
- Academic enrichment
- Homework support
- Tutoring
- Summer learning opportunities

Attendance Support Team
When attendance concerns arise, Faith & Discovery STEAM Academy believes in partnering with families to identify barriers and create solutions.
An Attendance Support Team may include:
- Parent/Guardian
- Scholar
- Classroom Teacher
- Principal or Designee
- School Counselor
- Intervention Specialist (if applicable)
Together, the team will develop an Attendance Success Plan that may include goals, supports, resources, and timelines designed to improve attendance and academic success.
Family Partnership
We understand that illnesses and unexpected circumstances occur.
- Whenever possible, we ask families to:
- Schedule appointments outside instructional hours.
- Communicate absences promptly.
- Encourage punctuality.
- Support instructional hour recovery.
- Maintain open communication with teachers.
