School begins promptly each morning
Scholars should arrive in time to participate in:
- Breakfast & Discovery Stations
- Morning Fellowship
- Praise & Worship
- Prayer
- Morning Message
- Daily Announcements
Beginning the day together is an important part of our school culture.
Frequent tardiness disrupts learning, classroom routines, and relationships.
Repeated tardiness may be addressed through parent conferences and attendance support plans.
Instructional Hour Recovery
Because our mission is scholar success—not punishment—scholars are expected to recover missed instructional hours whenever possible.
Instructional time may be made up through:
- Before-school tutoring
- After-school tutoring
- Teacher office hours
- Hybrid/virtual learning assignments
- Small-group intervention
- Independent learning packets
- Saturday learning opportunities (when available)
Teachers will work with families to establish reasonable timelines for completing missed instructional hours.
Our expectation is that instructional time will be recovered within the same grading quarter whenever possible.
